Breviary (of jurisprudence) for the use of students (in religious sciences) according to As-Sadi
This book is a breviary of jurisprudence which deals with various subjects, each time providing the necessary justifications. I have chosen to confine myself to the fundamental questions, those which most concern the faithful. I contented myself with the reference text whenever the latter stated an explicit rule, that reference texts are easy to memorize and assimilate by beginners.
Indeed, knowledge consists in knowing the truthful statements Coupled with the evidence that supports them. As for jurisprudence, it can be defined with knowledge of the rules of the Sharia which govern the specific cases, in accordance with the evidence drawn from the Quran and the Sunnah and the correct analogy. I will limit myself here to the proofs recognized by all for the sake of brevity. Whenever I address a subject on which scholars are divided, I will limit myself to exposing the opinion that I find most plausible according to the precepts of Sharia.
