In this first volume, "Keys to reading"

the author proposes an approach consisting of:

Indicate the mode/point of articulation of each sound (letter) of the Arabic alphabet;
Recognize the letters of the Arabic alphabet in their different shapes and move to the beginning, middle and end of words;
Present the word in its script graphic form accompanied by a phonetic transcription, to facilitate reading, and its French equivalent which is not the only one.
Most of the lessons are accompanied by practical exercises, the answer key to which can be found at the end of the book.
