According to Jabir the Prophet said: "Iblis places his throne on the sea. Then he sends his armies throughout the world. The one of his agents who is closest to him is the one who causes the greatest corruption. One of them comes and says: "I did this, and that". Iblis answers him: "You did not do anything".
