If there is anything that Man can do with a minimum of effort and which can bring him immeasurable good or evil, it is to speak.

If there is an organ in Man, which presents an enormous disproportion between its force and the range of its actions, it is the tongue.
Islam gives to words, regulating elements of human relations, a normative dimension which requires language to have a special status among the organs. In this sense, the language as an organ of speech is subject to a certain number of rules of an ethical nature which also arise, and in general, from the domain of obligations.

In this book, Imam Abu Hamid al Ghazali , in the light of the Koran and tradition, classifies the damage to language and words when these deviate from the norms, he analyzes their effects, exposes their consequences and gives them remedies.
