The priest and the imam, by Christophe Roucou, Tareq Oubrou

Dialogue between Christians and Muslims is an emergency: this is the conviction of the authors of this book. Faced with mutual misunderstandings, the concerns aroused by an Islam that is sometimes perceived as incompatible with modernity and democracy, it is time to open the discussion, to seek to know each other, to understand each other and live better together. Through a lively, deep text, which does not evade any angry question, Tareq Oubrou and Christophe Roucou show that Christians and Muslims alike must take into account the cultural diversity and religious plurality of our societies, in order to fully live their lives as citizens and of believers.
