Born in 1963 in the city of al-Zulfi in Saudi Arabia, he is a renowned specialist in educational sciences. Himself a father of seven children and having completed all his studies in this field up to his doctorate at the Muhammad Ibn Saoud Islamic University in Riyadh, he participated and still participates in numerous programs, symposia, conferences, courses and studies in the fields of pedagogy and education to which he devoted most of his works, including this one.
