Baraka is the stability of divine good in a thing with its increase and overabundance. When baraka settles in a thing, then the extent of its usefulness, abundance and constancy speaks for itself. We would even say that any gain from which the baraka dissipates becomes worthless and any moment deprived of baraka is vain, and therefore, what benefit would we derive from a thing whose presence is like its absence? What is the use of having several children if they are not invested with baraka? What is profitable in a private work of baraka?

Knowledge of the causes that promote baraka, its obstacles and where it is located - mawâqi' - is of major importance for the Muslim who seeks the good. It is a source of abundance and usefulness. Its fruits and benefits are many.

Allah-Exalted be He said, indeed : [ Had the people of the cities believed and feared Allah, We would surely have opened to them blessings from heaven and earth] .

The purpose of this book is therefore to know the paths that lead to baraka so that the believer and the believer acquire great rewards on the Day when the works will be placed on the scales and where we will ardently hope to see the scales tilt in favor of the blessed works. May Allah accept our works and give us baraka of them here and in the hereafter.
