Fiqh, which is usually translated as "Muslim law " literally means "reflection , understanding, intelligence, wisdom" and rather designates "the science of the Law".

About the Author: Ibn Ashir

Abû Mâlik Abd al-wâhid Ibn Âshir al-Ansârî the author of the " Matn " (of Medina then Andalusian origin ) , was born in 990 of the Hegira (1582) , he lived in Fez and died in 1040 of the Hegira (1631) .
