Funeral practices according to the Malikite doctrine (Rites - Testament), by Mohamed Hendaz

Reference : 9791069933361

Faced with the inevitability of death, the dying person feels helpless and overwhelmed by a feeling of helplessness. It is by giving meaning to this reality that Islam, like other religions and systems of thought, accompanies the facts. The primary purpose of this book is to present a synthetic and organized vision of funerary law, seen through the prism of Malikite doctrines. The work begins with the accompaniment of the dying until the burial, passing through the mortuary washing and the prayer for the deceased.

Funeral practices according to the Malikite doctrine

Funeral Practices according to Malikite Doctrine (Rites: Evolutionary Traditions - Testament: guide and advice), by Mohamed Hendaz, El 'ysa Edition

Man has always known death, and his relationship with it has given rise to different behaviors. Sometimes he faces it alone, sometimes with those around him. It is true that it is often preferable that the departure takes place in good company, but even if it is, death remains a bitter truth. The exploitation of these primary sources led to the classification of the data collected in four parts which correspond to four distinct stages. This order of presentation coincides with the chronological reality of funeral rites in the presence of the mortal remains. The work thus begins with the accompaniment of the dying until the burial, passing through the mortuary washing and the prayer for the deceased.
