Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar: Cold pressed and unpasteurized to retain all the valuable enzymes. Produced by natural fermentation method. Includes the amazing "Mother of Vinegar" which contains all the proteins and bacteria that make apple cider vinegar so effective and healthy, rich in enzymes and potassium. some sedimentation may occur due to the natural structure and density of the product. It is not deterioration.
To lose weight or detox with cider vinegar, just dilute 2 to 3 tablespoons in a large glass of water and drink this preparation 30 minutes before each meal. This decreases the appetite and promotes digestion. Taking it upon waking on an empty stomach also stimulates the digestive system.
INSTRUCTIONS & PRECAUTION:
-regulate the daily consumption of apple cider vinegar. According to reports, it should be limited to between 15 and 30 ml per day;
-always dilute cider vinegar before drinking it;
-always dilute apple cider vinegar before applying to the skin (treating acne spots )
-start the cure with low dosages (increased over time), to observe the side effects.
-rinse your mouth after consuming the preparation.
