This Fatwa is really part of the major and clear disbelief to give the cursed laws forged the place that should have what the faithful Spirit transmitted on the heart of Mohammad (SaS) so that he is among all a warner in tongue clear Arabic, and this by judging by them (the forged laws) and relying on them in case of any conflict, contradicting and refusing the word of Allah: "If you quarrel in anything, return it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. It will be better for you and of more beautiful interpretation” (Sura 4 verse 59).
