للإمام مالك بن أنس، أعده أبو أسامة سليم بن عيد ال هلالي

ان العناية بالسنة النبوية بدأت في حياة الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم، و ازدادت مع توالي السنين، لان ذلك من حفظ الله للدين، فالسنة بيان واض للقرآن الكريم. و قد هيأ الله للسنة النبوية علماء أعلام لحفظها، و تدوينها، و العنا الذب عنها، و بيان ما يثبت مما لم يثبت، و من ابذة الذين قاموا بذلك قياما حسنا: الإمام مالك في كتابه الفرد فهو أول مصنف ثابت النسبة مؤلفه دون أدنى شك، وذاع صيته وانتشر في ديار الإسلام وهو كذلك أو ل مصنف جمع بين الحديث والفقه مقدما الأحاديث والآثار، لانها الأصل ال ذي ينبني عليه الفقه. ولقد أحسن الامام مالك في الموطأ الاحسان كله فأبدع ترتيبه وسهل تبوي به، لكن الإمام مالكا كغيره من بني آدم يعتري علمه النقص، ويقع فيه الخ طأ؛ ومن ذلك: ما وقع في الموطأ من أحاديث ضعيفة، لا تصح نسبته إلى رسول ال أئمة السلف رضي الله عنهم ولما ك لا يصح والفهم لا يستقيم إلا بما صح عن رسول الله، وبما ثبت م ن آثار القرون المفضلة ، عزمت على فصل صحيح موطأ مالك عن ضعيف موطأ مالك. الألباني رحمه الله في مشروعه العظيم "ت قريب السنة بين يدي الأمة ا من ضعيفها

The preservation of the prophetic Sunnah began during the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad ( sws ) and then developed over the years.
Allah preserved the Sunnah of his prophet as he preserved his noble book. Indeed, He sent to the service of the Sunnah and its purification scholars to register it, transmit it and distinguish the authentic hadith from what is not. Among these scholars is Imam Anas Ibn Malek , one of the most sincere of the ulema and theologians who compiled hadith. His Book Al Mouwatta has acquired much deserved success , it is the first book that brings together the hadith and the fiqh (jurisprudence) . However, like any human being , Imam Anas Ibn Malek can sometimes be mistaken, Thus we find in his work al-Mouwatta some hadiths and words of weak companions ( athars ) .
Doctor Osama Salim Ben 'Aid Al Hilali decided to separate the authentic from the weak in " Al-Muwatta ". The author follows the approach that was adopted by Sheikh al-Albani in his great project “ Taqrib Sunnah bayna Yaday Al Oumma ”.
