The Hanbali school
The Hanbali school

The Hanbalite school : Founded by Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (164-241 H), the particularity of this school is to reject reasoning and personal opinion and to almost always base its thinking on a text. It therefore also takes on the meaning of the texts in their apparent meaning, except in rare cases. Unfortunately this school has almost disappeared today following its replacement by the Wahhabime/Salafism which, however, claiming to belong to this school, has established a new doctrine in Islam which is not recognized by any of the four schools.
